Kid broke his stick and this was the only spot I could find a replacement for it, since it was last years model. He broke it a week later and they promptly responded with links to the warranty and the backup receipt. Very customer friendly!

Great glove - well designed. Ordered online from Sports Excellence who promptly shipped the wrong color of glove to us (Saddle Tan vs Blonde leather). Sports Excellence responded quickly to my phone call and sent us the return shipping label within minutes. The glove is currently en-route back to the Sports Excellence store in PEI. Great customer service despite shipping the wrong color of glove (believe it was a mix-up with the online SKU code in their system). I like the glove but my 15 year old catcher is very "particular" and wanted the blonde learher version which is very hard to find when compared to the "Saddle Tan" version. I will order again from Sports Excellence but ifnordering online I would call next time to confirm the extact model and SKU of the glove being ordered from the store before it is shipped.
