Delivery and Shipping Costs

This fee is applied in addition to the regular shipping costs. To identify such products, please refer to the listing below. Oversized items will be marked in the check-out process.
The following items are classified as oversized:
- All Hockey Sticks
- Hockey Goalie Protectives - Pads, Chest & Arms.
- Accessories - Hockey Bags, Training Tools & Hockey Nets.
Orders placed on SportsExcellence.com are shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday) following the completion of a purchase. Just like you, we love sports so we understand how excited you are to receive your order as soon as possible. Although we will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner, the delivery of your order may be delayed due to weather conditions or reasons outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.
Canada orders are shipped with Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, Nationex, and GLS.
U.S. orders are shipped with UPS.
What are the shipping costs?
Customers can select Standard or Priority Shipping at any time during the check-out process prior to confirming their final order. Once the order is confirmed, shipping options cannot be changed. The customer is solely responsible for Express/Expedited/Priority Shipping costs.

-SportsExcellence.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from Sports Excellence stores across Canada. Depending on your location and product availability, your order will be shipped from the closest store to your shipping address. If you'd like to know where your order is coming from, please contact our customer service teams members. Please note that if you order multiple products, your order might be shipped from different locations.
What are your shipping times?
Delivery time of a purchased item depends on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected during Checkout. Orders are shipped during business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days following credit card authorization and verification.
What if my package gets lost/stolen?
Sports Excellence is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked them as "Delivered" with proof of delivery. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note, we are ultimately reliant on the shipping carrier's investigation and resolution procedures for lost or stolen packages. We recommend staying informed about your package's status throughout the shipping process and using the tracking code provided for timely updates.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent by email once your order has been shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to follow your package from our store to your home on the Canada Post website. If you order is shipped from multiple Sports Excellence locations, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment when they are ready. Please allow up to 24 hours following the reception of your tracking number for a first update.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
