The vast majority of products sold on sportsexcellence.com are covered by the manufacturer's product warranty. Not all manufacturers handle warranty replacements the same way, as such, to initiate a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer directly with any product malfunctions or concerns within the products given warranty period. A proof of purchase is required.
Stick Warranty Period
Should a composite hockey stick brake due to a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of purchase, it may be eligible for replacement. Qualifying claims will receive a replacement stick of equal or greater retail value.
