I had to contact the support, which was the best part of this order because the goalie stick was not shipped, even 4 days after the original purchase. Then, I had to wait 48 hours after the customer support said it would be shipped the same day to see it moving, from the factory in BC.

The best part of my story is that I could see from where and to the goalie stick went which is Gatineau to Richmond, BC then back to Levis, QC.

Happy to have finally received my goalie stick in one piece, considering the fact it traveled an excessive amount of kilometers for absolutely nothing.
