This CCM Axis 1.9 chest is a stiff unit that presents big. I'm coming from the more current CCM EFlex 5.9 & Bauer Elite chests, which provide more mobility, but I found that harder shots were getting through. I believe this Axis 1.9 protector is discontinued now. So I'm glad that I found this @ Sports Excellence, since this product reminds me of the earlier CCM (Reebok) Premier units, which were always very robust, thanks!
