Important Notice

Oversized items are not eligible for free shipping.

Orders that qualify for free shipping that contain an oversized item will incur a $17.99 surcharge. 

Orders that qualify for free shipping that contain a hockey stick will incur a $9.99 surcharge. 

Orders that don't qualify for free shipping will incur a $27.99 surcharge if they contain an oversized item or hockey stick.

Oversized Items Include :

  • All Hockey Sticks
  • Goalie Protective Equipment - Pads, Chest & Arms
  • Oversized Accessories - Hockey Bags, Hockey Nets & Training tools.
  • Pail of Pucks

Oversized items are clearly identified during checkout.


Order Processing

Orders placed on sportsexcellence.com are typically shipped within 1 - 2 days business days following purchase. Just like you, we’re passionate about sports and understand the anticipation of receiving your order. Although we will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner, the delivery of your order may be delayed due to weather conditions or reasons outside of our control. We truly appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Options

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on location. Standard shipping for orders under $119 is $19.99 or $27.99 for orders containing an oversized item.

During checkout, customers can select from the following expedited shipping options to receive their order faster:

  • Expedited Shipping - $27.99 (3 to 5 business days, depending on location)
  • Express Shipping - $37.99 (1 to 2 business days, depending on location)

Orders containing an oversized item :

  • Expedited Shipping - $37.99 (3 to 5 business days, depending on location)
  • Express Shipping - $49.99 (1 to 2 business days, depending on location)

Shipping costs for orders in transit to Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon are calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs for orders in transit to Alaska & Hawaii are calculated at checkout.

Sports Excellence is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays.

 

Shipping Carriers

    For orders to Canada, we ship using Canada Post, Canpar, Delivro, DHL, FedEx, GLS, Loomis Express, Nationex, Purolator, and UPS.

    For orders to the United States, we use DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

    We select the courier based on location, delivery speed, and product availability to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

     

    Bulk Orders

    Orders of 10 or more of the same product incur a $99 shipping surcharge. This surcharge helps cover the additional handling and shipping logistics required for large orders. If you place a bulk order, our team will reach out to you directly to confirm the details and payment of the surcharge.

     

    Where are orders shipped from?

    Orders ship from Sports Excellence stores across Canada and the United States. Orders to Canadian addresses are fulfilled by our Canadian stores, while orders to U.S. addresses are fulfilled by our U.S. stores. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to your address with the product available. For information on where your order is shipping from, please contact our Customer Service team. Please note that if you order multiple products, your order may be shipped from different locations.

     

    What if my package gets lost/stolen?

    Sports Excellence is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier with proof of signature. However, if you notice a delay in delivery or suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please notify us immediately. Prompt notification allows us to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier as quickly as possible. While we will take every step to assist you, please note that the final resolution depends on the shipping carrier’s investigation and procedures for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend that you monitor your package using the provided tracking number to stay informed throughout the shipping process. Acting quickly helps ensure the best possible outcome if an issue arises.

     

    When will I receive my tracking number?

    Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to you by email. You can use the link provided to monitor your package’s progress from our store to your door. If your order ships from multiple Sports Excellence locations, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment as they become ready. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the first tracking update to appear.

     

    Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
