How do I compare models?

Do you charge Sales Tax?
We charge sales and use tax according to Federal and Provincial government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction. Note that the taxes presented at time of order submission are only an estimate, and may not take into account applicable exemptions and tax holidays. Final calculation of applicable taxes will be performed when the order ships and your credit card is charged.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment. Once you have been redirected to paypal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is dropped.
Can I cancel an online order?
After you have placed your order, you cannot cancel or change your order, as our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. If the package has already been shipped, follow the return procedures.
Do I have to open an account to place an order?
It is not mandatory. You can finalize your purchases as a guest. If you plan to return to sportsexcellence.com, we recommend that you open an account. It's free and it will save you having to enter all of your details at each visit. In addition, with an account you can track the status of your order in real time.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your purchases are shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the carrier's website and a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order in real time.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is free for all orders of $150 or more (before applicable taxes). Please note that oversized products incur a $10 shipping surcharge. The surcharge is in addition to the cost of shipping, oversized items are indicated as such on their product page.
Customers can select Standard or Priority Shipping at any time during the check-out process prior to confirming their final order. Once the order is confirmed, shipping options cannot be changed. The customer is solely responsible for Express/Expedited/Priority Shipping costs.

- Sportsexcellence.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
What are your shipping times?
Delivery time of a purchased item depends on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected during Checkout. Orders are shipped during business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days following credit card authorization and verification.
