Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your exact location, it can take up to 7 business days before you receive your order at your doorstep. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive by email a tracking number to follow your package from our store to your delivery address. If there are any delays or problems with your order, you will be notified by email by one of our Customer Care Team Members.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We charge sales tax according to Federal and Provincial government guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

PayPal Conditions

If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment.

Can I cancel an online order?

If you wish to cancel an order, we ask that you communicate with our Customer Care Team immediately. Please note that we may not be able to guarantee the cancellation depending on the status of your order but we will do our best to accommodate you. If the package has already been shipped, follow the return procedures.

Returns & Warranties

Can I return an order?

To assure you are fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Sports Excellence, you may return an item within 30 days following the reception of your order for a full refund. Shipping

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the carrier's website and a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order in real time. Please note that it can take a couple of hours before the information is processed on the carrier's website showing you an update of your shipment.

What are your shipping times?

Delivery time of a purchased item depends on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected during Checkout. Orders are shipped during business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days following credit card authorization and verification.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is free for all orders of $75 or more (before applicable taxes). If your order is less than $75 (before applicable taxes), a small shipping fee will be added at checkout depending on your delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping delays will vary between 2 to 7 days depending on location.
  • Sports Excellence cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    At the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
